Wonderful Administrative Lawyer

Dan represented me before the TX board of pharmacy. I had just had a very unpleasant experience in another state and had come home to recover, regroup, and start fresh only to find that the board had other plans. I guess I went from being very gullible to very jaded to seeing things as they really are…. I don’t think I’ll ever leave myself open and vulnerable again. Luckily, Dan has never listened to any of the legal advice I’ve tried to interject into the strategy of keeping me in the ranks of the working class. He knows his field of expertise. He knows how to present his point. He is effective. My story isn’t over… apparently the “other side” has no problem appealing every decision made by the courts in my favor (and why not? they don’t pay the lawyer fees… the tax payers of this great state do thru the attorney generals office) so the beat goes on. I can only tell you that Dan is worth his weight in gold and then some. If you have a Goliath breathing down your neck, your modern day David goes by the name of Dan Lype.

Mr lype helped me with my case with the Texas state board of dental examiners. I talked to numerous lawyers before finally choosing Mr lype. His honesty made me at ease. He was very helpful to prepare me on what to say and do for the informal conference. In a nutshell, I really hope to see more lawyers as honest and as straight forward as him. Worth every penny and more
I was referredto this firm by a friend and was connected with Dan. I had a very difficult situation involving a 2nd DWI conviction as a licenced medical professional that was very unforgiving. I know a few people that have had to leave my specialty for the same thing and I was very worried. Dan explained the whole process and strategy and he prepared me for the worst scenaria. I was prepared but he had several converstations to clarify what my priorities were. I wanted to keep my jobs. He was able to organize an order for my license that was not only allowing me to keep my job, there were NO restricrtions on me while I was working.
